Iāve got a friend who is considering moving to Bali
Apparently his dating situation in Thailand isnāt ideal, so he wanted to do intel on a new place and check out the ladies there
I tagged along because I figured itād be a fun trip to experience a place that is all-the-rage for digital nomadsĀ š»
Upon arrival, the thing I realized about Bali is that you probably arenāt gonna see many local women there, besides the ones who work in the shops
Actually, the vast majority of women youāll see there are white women who come from either America or somewhere in Europe
I managed to meet a nice local girl there who was my type, but I think that I got lucky, because I didnāt really see any other Balinese women there that Iād wanna date
In the main tourist areas, there just arenāt that many local women there besides the ones who work in the restaurants, shops, cafes, etc.
There are TONS of foreign/non-local women thoughā¦. Chinese, Koreans, and Europeans galore!
I think youād need to go to the outskirt areas of the city to find more local ladies, and that could be appealing to you if you want to really acclimate to the local culture
The Bali nightclubs were really swanky with amazing music, although, again, they were filled with mostly non-local women
In summary, I think that if you have a fetish for white women with blonde hair, Bali could be your placeā¦.
Overall, the trip was really fun and enlightening!
I definitely want to go back there in the future, but maybe not just for the womenā¦. personally, Iām more excited by the organic foods and digital nomad atmosphere
