Flight Madness Terms of Service and Purchase Policy

Effective date: August 24, 2026

These terms apply to purchases made on or after August 24, 2026. Earlier purchases remain governed by the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Questions, service concerns, and guarantee requests must be sent in writing to danny@flightmadness.com.

Please contact Flight Madness directly to attempt to resolve any concern before opening a payment dispute. This does not waive any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Overview

Flight Madness provides English-teaching consulting and training, online income strategy, overseas planning, Asia travel and relocation strategy consulting, and selected physical travel products.

Relevant service and product pages include the English Teaching Consultation, the Asia Travel Consultation, the 90-Day Overseas Freedom Mentorship, the Baht Daddy Bag, the Shipping and Returns Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

Teaching Infusion System is a consulting and training service. It is not a job-placement program. No specific employer, salary, income amount, student count, visa, country, or completion timeline is promised.

Ask Me Anything is a separate one-hour consulting service. It does not include the Passport to Paycheck Action Guarantee.

The Asia travel services are consulting and strategy services. They are not travel agency services, immigration services, legal services, financial advisory services, emergency assistance services, or promises of any specific travel, visa, housing, income, safety, dating, or relocation outcome.

Baht Daddy Toiletry Bag Product Terms

The Baht Daddy Toiletry Bag is a physical travel product. It is not a consultation, training program, mentorship package, subscription, job-placement service, or promise of any income, travel, visa, or relocation outcome.

The Passport to Paycheck Action Guarantee does not apply to physical product purchases.

The Shipping and Returns Policy governs shipping, delivery estimates, customs and import charges, carrier remote-area or extended-area surcharges, address responsibilities, damage and defect claims, lost packages, buyer-remorse returns, and related refund handling for the Baht Daddy Toiletry Bag.

Customers must provide accurate recipient name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and billing information at checkout.

Flight Madness may share the minimum information needed to fulfill the order with its supplier, shipping providers, customs or logistics partners, payment providers, and support tools.

Terms acceptance may be collected through Stripe's native checkout terms checkbox or another approved checkout flow.

The currently offered color is Chestnut Brown. Natural leather grain, color variation, marks, and patina are normal characteristics of vegetable-tanned leather and are not defects.

Screen settings and lighting may cause the displayed color to differ slightly from the physical bag.

Delivery dates are estimates. Flight Madness does not promise an exact arrival date.

Nothing in these product terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

Teaching Infusion System

The Teaching Infusion System includes four private 60-minute sessions with Danny Flight, scheduled on separate days, plus the preparation, guided practice, planning, personalized 90-day action plan, and limited follow-up support described on the purchase page.

The four sessions do not expire because of a purchase-to-completion deadline. The client may schedule them from the appointment times available through the scheduling system.

One year of limited follow-up support begins after the first completed session. Support is limited to reasonable English-teaching questions, progress updates, clarification, feedback, and direction while the client implements the plan.

Flight Madness may, at its sole discretion, agree in writing to begin limited services before the full balance is paid. Any such exception does not activate the Passport to Paycheck Action Guarantee. Guarantee eligibility begins only after the Teaching Infusion System has been paid in full and all payments have cleared.

90-Day Overseas Freedom Mentorship Terms

The 90-Day Overseas Freedom Mentorship is a private consulting, training, and implementation-support service with Danny Flight.

It is offered in Standard and Premium Tracks.

The mentorship may cover English-teaching strategy, online and in-person income paths, certification direction, resume and job positioning, online classroom training, interview and demo preparation, country direction, relocation planning, budgeting, application strategy, side-hustle direction, overseas leverage planning, and a written 90-day action plan.

The mentorship is not a subscription and does not promise a specific employer, salary, income amount, student count, visa, country, placement, housing arrangement, business result, dating result, safety outcome, or relocation timeline.

The client must schedule the first session within 30 calendar days after full payment.

The 90-day service window begins on the date of the first completed mentorship session.

All included sessions, written check-ins, and support must be used within the 90-day service window unless Flight Madness approves an extension in writing.

Purchasing the mentorship does not guarantee a particular appointment date or time. The client selects from available scheduling options.

Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours' written notice.

A cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice, failure to attend, or arrival too late to use the appointment reasonably counts as a used session unless Flight Madness approves another arrangement in writing.

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late does not automatically extend a session.

Unused sessions, check-ins, and support expire at the end of the service window and do not create automatic refund eligibility.

Changing goals, countries, finances, employment, timing, availability, or travel plans does not create automatic refund eligibility.

Standard Track Deliverables

The Standard Track includes six private sessions during the 90-day service window and approximately eight total private hours.

The session mix is:

The Standard Track also includes up to six structured written progress check-ins during the service window, normally one between live sessions.

The Standard Track does not include an in-person placement referral pathway unless a separate written amendment is approved by Flight Madness.

Premium Track Deliverables

The Premium Track includes eight private sessions during the 90-day service window and approximately eleven total private hours.

The session mix is:

The Premium Track also includes up to twelve structured written progress and accountability check-ins during the service window, approximately one per week.

Premium includes conditional access to an in-person teaching referral or placement pathway after training, qualification, and expectation-setting.

No referral, interview, job, visa, salary, location, or start date is guaranteed.

Partner participation, school decisions, market availability, legal eligibility, and client readiness are controlled partly or entirely by third parties.

A third-party placement service, partner fee, in-person tour, or on-the-ground component is included only when expressly listed in the client's accepted Deliverables Summary.

Structured Written Check-Ins

A structured written check-in is one consolidated progress update sent by email or WhatsApp that may include completed actions, current obstacles, decisions, and reasonable questions about the agreed plan.

It does not include another live session, unlimited messaging, unlimited document revisions, done-for-you applications, unlimited research, emergency assistance, or work outside the agreed scope.

Brief scheduling and administrative messages do not count against the check-in allowance.

Unused check-ins expire at the end of the service window and have no cash value.

Client-Specific Deliverables Summary

Before payment, an accepted mentorship prospect receives a written Deliverables Summary.

The Deliverables Summary must identify:

The client must accept the Deliverables Summary in writing before payment.

The accepted Deliverables Summary supplements these Terms and the public sales page.

It may clarify or narrow the personalized scope, but it may not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

If a client-specific term conflicts with general marketing language, the more specific accepted Deliverables Summary controls only for that client's scope, except where applicable law requires another result.

Mentorship Payment and Non-Refundability

Mentorship payments are non-refundable once personalized preparation has begun, the Deliverables Summary has been accepted and individualized work has begun, preparation materials or planning have been provided, a session has been completed, a scheduled session has been missed, or other consulting work has been delivered, except where the Action Guarantee applies and all requirements are satisfied or where a refund is required by law.

The Action Guarantee is the exclusive contractual refund pathway for eligible mentorship outcomes, subject to non-waivable legal rights.

Ask Me Anything Consultation Terms

The Ask Me Anything Consultation includes one private 60-minute live online question-and-answer session with Danny Flight.

The client should submit questions and relevant topics before the session so Danny Flight can prepare and use the hour effectively.

The session may cover English teaching, online income, travel, or overseas planning. It is designed for focused questions, direct answers, and next-step direction.

There is no purchase-to-scheduling deadline. Purchasing the consultation does not guarantee a particular appointment date or time. The client may select from the appointment times available through the scheduling system.

Personalized preparation begins when Flight Madness reviews the client's submitted questions or materials or prepares recommendations for the session.

The client may reschedule with at least 24 hours' written notice.

A cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice, failure to attend, or arrival too late to use the appointment reasonably counts as a used session unless Danny Flight approves another arrangement in writing.

The appointment begins and ends at the scheduled time. Arriving late does not automatically extend the session.

The client receives seven calendar days of limited follow-up clarification by email or message after the completed session.

The consultation payment is non-refundable once the session has been completed, the client has missed a scheduled session, personalized preparation has begun, or other consulting work has been provided, except where a refund is required by law.

Clients should contact Flight Madness directly and provide a reasonable opportunity to address any service concern before opening a payment dispute. This does not waive any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Asia Long-Stay Strategy Consultation Terms

The Asia Long-Stay Strategy Consultation includes one private 60-minute live online strategy session with Danny Flight.

The session may cover country and city direction, visa and lifestyle considerations, accommodation, budgeting, cultural adjustment, dating and social strategy, safety preparation, language learning, remote work, and travel or relocation planning.

This is a one-time consulting purchase. It is not a subscription, travel agency service, immigration service, legal service, financial advisory service, emergency assistance service, or promise of a specific visa, housing arrangement, income result, safety outcome, dating outcome, travel approval, or relocation result.

The client must schedule the session within 60 calendar days of purchase.

The client should submit questions and relevant topics before the session so Danny Flight can prepare and use the hour effectively.

Purchasing the consultation does not guarantee a particular appointment date or time. The client may select from the available appointment times in the scheduling system.

The client may reschedule with at least 24 hours' written notice.

A cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice, failure to attend, or arrival too late to use the appointment reasonably counts as a used session unless Danny Flight approves another arrangement in writing.

The session begins and ends at the scheduled time. Arriving late does not automatically extend the session.

The client receives seven calendar days of limited follow-up clarification by email or message after the completed session.

Follow-up does not include another live session, unlimited consulting, extensive research, unlimited itinerary preparation, done-for-you bookings, emergency assistance, or work outside the original scope.

The consultation payment is non-refundable once the session has been completed, the client has missed a scheduled session, personalized preparation has begun, or other consulting work has been provided, except where a refund is required by law.

Changing travel plans, choosing not to use the consultation, failing to prepare, failing to schedule, or becoming unavailable does not create automatic refund eligibility.

The Passport to Paycheck Action Guarantee does not apply.

Ultimate Asia Travel Mentorship Terms

The Ultimate Asia Travel Mentorship includes four private 60-minute live online strategy sessions with Danny Flight, scheduled on separate days.

The mentorship may include country and city direction, visa and lifestyle research guidance, accommodation planning, budgeting, cultural adjustment, dating and social strategy, safety preparation, language planning, remote-work or income structure, itinerary planning, arrival strategy, and decision support as the client's plan develops.

The mentorship includes 30 calendar days of limited implementation support after the final completed session.

Implementation support is limited to reasonable clarification and progress guidance. It does not include additional live sessions, unlimited research, unlimited itinerary revisions, done-for-you bookings, emergency assistance, legal or immigration representation, or unlimited on-demand consulting.

The client must complete all four sessions within 120 calendar days after the mentorship has been paid in full, unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.

Purchasing the mentorship does not guarantee a particular appointment date or time. The client may select from available appointment times.

The client may reschedule with at least 24 hours' written notice.

A cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice, failure to attend, or arrival too late to use the appointment reasonably counts as a used session unless Danny Flight approves another arrangement in writing.

The mentorship is a consulting service. It is not a subscription, travel agency service, immigration service, legal service, financial advisory service, emergency assistance service, or promise of a specific visa, housing arrangement, income result, safety outcome, dating outcome, travel approval, or relocation result.

The mentorship payment is non-refundable once personalized preparation has begun, preparation materials or planning have been provided, a session has been completed, a scheduled session has been missed, or other consulting work has been provided, except where a refund is required by law.

Changing travel plans, changing countries, delaying the move, failing to schedule, failing to attend, or deciding not to continue does not create automatic refund eligibility.

The Passport to Paycheck Action Guarantee does not apply.

Purchase, Scheduling, and Deposit Policy

Sessions become available after successful payment, except where the deposit policy below applies.

Purchasing a consultation does not guarantee a particular appointment date or time. The client may select from the appointment times currently available through the scheduling system.

The Teaching Infusion System has no purchase-to-completion deadline. Ask Me Anything has no purchase-to-scheduling deadline.

Ultimate Asia Travel Mentorship sessions must be completed within 120 days after the mentorship has been paid in full, unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.

Asia Long-Stay Strategy Consultation sessions must be scheduled within 60 days of purchase.

Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. A missed session or cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice counts as a used session unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.

Preparation materials, account review, travel question review, itinerary review, budget review, accommodation option review, visa or government information review, planning, research, recommendations, scheduling access, or consulting work may begin after payment. Payments are non-refundable once materials or services have been provided, except where the Passport to Paycheck Action Guarantee applies to an eligible fully paid Teaching Infusion System or mentorship purchase or where a refund is required by law.

Changing your mind, changing your travel plans, failing to schedule, failing to attend, failing to complete assigned work, or being unable to use the service does not create automatic refund eligibility.

Deposits and Partial Payments

Flight Madness may allow a client to pay the Teaching Infusion System, the Ultimate Asia Travel Mentorship, the 90-Day Overseas Freedom Mentorship Standard Track, or the 90-Day Overseas Freedom Mentorship Premium Track through multiple deposits or partial payments.

Any amount paid before the applicable full package balance is completed is considered a deposit or partial payment toward that package.

Deposits and partial payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Each deposit is credited dollar for dollar toward the selected package.

A deposit does not activate package sessions, mentorship sessions, support, placement access, or guarantee eligibility.

The full balance must be paid and cleared before the selected package begins unless Flight Madness approves limited early service in writing.

Limited early service does not activate the Action Guarantee.

The selected price is held for 90 days after the first deposit.

After 90 days, prior deposits remain as account credit, but the remaining balance is calculated using the then-current price.

Deposits and credits are not transferable unless approved in writing.

Changing plans, becoming unable to pay, delaying relocation, or stopping communication does not make deposits refundable.

A deposit or partial payment made through Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, or another provider does not create a subscription managed by Flight Madness.

Third-party financing, interest, late fees, collections, and approval decisions remain governed by the payment provider.

Any installment schedule, financing charge, interest, late fee, approval decision, or collection activity created by Klarna, PayPal, a bank, or another payment provider is governed by that provider's separate agreement with the buyer.

No public deposit Payment Link is created by this policy.

The Passport to Paycheck Action Guarantee does not apply to deposits, partial payments, unpaid balances, Ask Me Anything, Asia Long-Stay Strategy Consultation, or Ultimate Asia Travel Mentorship.

Passport to Paycheck Action Guarantee

The Action Guarantee may apply only to eligible fully paid purchases of the Teaching Infusion System, the 90-Day Overseas Freedom Mentorship Standard Track, or the 90-Day Overseas Freedom Mentorship Premium Track.

It does not apply to Ask Me Anything, Asia Long-Stay Strategy Consultation, Ultimate Asia Travel Mentorship, deposits, partial payments, unpaid balances, or services outside the eligible English-teaching offers.

The Action Guarantee is not a general refund policy and does not create a cancellation or refund period after purchase. The Terms and Purchase Policy version accepted at purchase controls and is not changed retroactively.

Teaching Infusion System Lifetime No-Risk 90-Day Action Guarantee

There is no deadline to schedule or complete the four Teaching Infusion System sessions or to choose when to begin the personalized 90-day implementation period. The opportunity to qualify for this guarantee does not expire solely because the client purchases now and acts later.

After the client has paid in full, completed all four sessions, and received the written action plan and measurable targets, the client may choose a 90-day implementation start date and confirm that date in writing with Flight Madness.

If the client follows that plan consistently for 90 consecutive days, completes the agreed targets, keeps reasonable proof, and receives neither an English-teaching job offer nor Students Lined Up for Lessons, Flight Madness will refund every penny paid directly to Flight Madness and provide one free 60-minute strategy call.

For this guarantee, Students Lined Up for Lessons means that at least one potential student clearly asks or agrees to schedule a trial or lesson.

An interview, demonstration-class invitation, request for pricing, or acceptance by an English-teaching platform is meaningful progress, but it is not by itself the outcome required to end eligibility for this Teaching Infusion System guarantee.

The client must submit the written guarantee claim and supporting proof to danny@flightmadness.com within 30 calendar days after the 90-day implementation period ends.

Teaching Infusion System Qualification Requirements

The guarantee does not apply when the client stops responding during the 90-day implementation period, does not complete the written plan or agreed targets, refuses to follow the agreed strategy, provides materially inaccurate or incomplete information, becomes legally or practically ineligible for the chosen route, or changes the goal or target route without first updating the written plan with Flight Madness.

Teaching Infusion System Claim Process

  1. Complete the four sessions, written plan, agreed targets, and 90-day implementation period.
  2. Send a written guarantee claim to danny@flightmadness.com within 30 calendar days after the implementation period ends.
  3. Include reasonable proof of the completed assignments, applications, platform activity, student outreach, and other targets listed in the plan.
  4. Allow Flight Madness to review the documentation and confirm whether the published requirements have been met.

A guarantee claim is considered submitted when it is received at danny@flightmadness.com.

The refund remedy is limited to the amount paid directly to Flight Madness. Payment-provider financing charges, interest, late fees, and currency-conversion charges controlled by a third party may not be refundable.

Mentorship Guarantee Timing

For an eligible Standard or Premium Mentorship client, the initial 30-day implementation period begins on the date Flight Madness delivers the client's initial written action plan.

If the client completes the first 30-day plan and receives no qualifying traction, Flight Madness will provide one bonus 60-minute troubleshooting call, review the documented activity, and provide a revised written strategy.

The client must then follow the revised strategy consistently for an additional 30 calendar days and complete the updated targets.

Mentorship eligibility for the conditional refund remedy begins only after the client has paid in full, accepted the pre-purchase Deliverables Summary by completing payment, completed both 30-day implementation periods and all included sessions within the service window, completed the agreed assignments and targets, submitted reasonable proof, and received no qualifying traction.

For the mentorship guarantee only, qualifying traction means at least one teaching interview, demonstration-class invitation, acceptance by an English-teaching platform, teaching job offer, or serious inquiry from a potential paying student.

Any mentorship guarantee claim must be submitted with supporting proof within seven calendar days after the second implementation period ends.

The mentorship Action Guarantee does not guarantee relocation, a visa, a particular country, a specific employer, salary, income amount, placement partner, housing, or a completion date.

For Premium clients, access to a referral or placement pathway is conditional and is not itself a guaranteed job outcome.

Third-Party Payment Provider Obligations

Payment plans, installment schedules, financing charges, interest, late fees, credit approval decisions, card disputes, currency conversion, and collection activity created by Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Cash App, Zelle, a bank, or another payment provider are governed by that provider's separate agreement with the buyer.

Flight Madness does not control third-party financing approvals, fees, interest, exchange rates, charge timelines, or provider-specific dispute procedures.

No Waiver of Non-Waivable Rights

Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law requires a different result, the legally required rule controls.
