One of the top questions guys ask me is: “When’s the best time to schedule my English classes?”

Here’s a breakdown for three types jobs:

• Teaching online: Most students are available in the evenings on weekdays (their local time), and you’ll often see them free any time of day on weekends.

• Teaching in public schools (in person): Classes are usually mornings to afternoons, Monday to Friday. Weekends are off.

• Language training centers (in person): Lessons usually run in the evenings Monday to Friday, plus any time on weekends.

So whether you’re an early riser or a night owl, there’s a schedule that can fit your lifestyle.

I’ve had nights partying in Pattaya, Thailand that ran way too long, and I still made my morning lessons. But personally, I like scheduling mine earlier in the day so I can knock them out, hit the gym, and then focus on other projects.
