I’ve been teaching at this school for almost 8 years

This job has been the best that I’ve ever had (before I started online teaching)

Like many teaching jobs, it’s mostly stress-free (university students are super chill), has a light work schedule (I only work 2 days a week), and gives STUPID CRAZY amounts of paid vacation time (+4 months of paid vacation)

So why leave?

Because I’ve been teaching in a classroom for almost 11 years, and I think it’s time for a change

After experiencing the freedom that comes from being able to work remotely while traveling, I’ve decided that I want to experience that all the time

Make no mistake about it – teaching in-person is definitely an easy and fast way to make money overseas

But I think it’s time for me to transition to a new phase of life…. the laptop lifestyle! 💻✈️
