Your secret is that…

You probably want more freedom to be who you are in AND outside or work, right?

It sucks feeling like you are wearing a mask in your workplace

I worked as a cashier in the US, and had to deal with very rude managers who didn’t respect me

Yet I was forced to put on a smile with customers (or get yet another scolding from the people in charge)

The great thing about English teaching is that, most of the time, you don’t have the stress of a boss breathing down your neck

You have a lot of freedom to show your natural personality, and manage your classes the way that you want

One thing that I work on in my practice teaching sessions is helping my clients be more natural in the classroom

You don’t need to do some kind of big personality shift when being a teacher

The main thing I suggest is to bring positive energy, as that will help to create an easygoing, fun environment
