I like to make it a habit of getting girls gifts when I travel
It’s a really good way to score brownie points with a girl
Especially if you get her something that she can’t find in her own country
Some of the best gifts are perishables that girls can use up
Things like soaps, candles, chocolates, perfumes, etc.
When I was in Kazakhstan at the airport duty-free store, I saw some unique-looking plum wine
Since this likely can’t be found outside of Kazakhstan…
… and because girls usually love wine, it’s a really good gift!
In China, there are a lot of unique items that aren’t as easy to get anywhere outside the country
Sichuan province (where I live) is famous for spicy hotpot
Hotpot is cooked using a special spice oil that is hardened into blocks that you boil
Also an excellent choice of gift for a girl (especially if you know she likes to cook and can handle spice!)
