It seems that cost of living is going through the roof in most of the Western world

I saw a video talking about the housing crisis in Canada, with people needing to take on roommates and multiple jobs just to live in the major cities

This seems to echo what a lot of people are going through in the states, with the cost of food and entertainment breaking the bank of many people

To be honest, it’s kinda hard for me to relate, because I’m fortunate enough to be making an American salary while living in less-expensive countries

Basically, the money that I make from English teaching FAR exceeds what I need to pay for the cost of living

It’s almost like my overseas cost of living gets easily knocked the f&@k out by teaching 🥊

I think I’ll probably film a YouTube video talking about how low my cost of living is (in Asia), and how I can easily pay for everything on a teacher’s salary

And don’t be surprised if I brag about how I (easily) make more money than I need without working very hard 😉
